Do you already hold a Learning and Development (QCF) qualifcation?

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is an introduction to teaching that will give an insight into the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training, how to plan and deliver inclusive teaching sessions and how to assess and give constructive feedback.  

The qualification covers the knowledge and skills required by teachers in the further education and skills sector but is also suitable for those teaching and training within organisations.  You are going to learn about

• the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training

• inclusive teaching and learning approaches

• assessment of learners

• facilitating learning and development for individuals

• facilitating learning and development in groups

• understanding principles and practices of assessment

Working one-to-one with your assessor you will be able to tailor this programme around your other responsiblities.  We are very experienced and if you have relevant teaching practice and access to learners (through voluntary or paid work) we can deliver this programme in a very compressed and speedy manner.

Progression Routes

Learners may progress to other qualifications for teachers, including the Level 4 Certificate and the Level 5 Diploma in Education.
